Nintendo Color Palette

One red wordmark — Kyoto-disciplined, family-friendly, 130+ years old.

Nintendo (founded 1889 as a hanafuda card maker) has used variations on the same red since the 1980s — currently #E60012, calibrated to be slightly warmer than Coca-Cola's red. The wordmark within the red oval is one of the most recognized branding elements in entertainment. Sub-brands (Switch, Mario, Zelda) get their own colors, but Nintendo as a corporate identity stays mono-red.
